In 2012, I was contracted by Moving Brands to investigate how a logo could respond to sound. The research centered around several core questions: What would a sound-reactive logo look like? How would it move? Which dimensions of sound would influence its composition and aesthetic? To explore these possibilities, I developed five real-time audio-reactive sketches using openFrameworks. The images above are captures from these experimental visualizations.
